Jérôme Vieron

Jérôme VIERON, PhD, currently serves as Senior Director of R&D Streaming Engineering at Synamedia since July 2023. Prior experience includes co-founding Quortex.io and serving as Chief Technology Officer until July 2023. Jérôme held various roles at ATEME from 2011 to 2018, including Director of Research & Innovation and R&D Product Manager. Additional experience includes a position as Senior Scientist at Technicolor between 2007 and 2010 and as an R&D Engineer at Thomson R&D France from 2003 to 2006. Jérôme VIERON holds a PhD in Signal Processing and Telecommunications from IRISA/INRIA, completed between 1999 and 2002, and a Master's degree in Computer Sciences (Networks and Multimedia) from IFSIC - Université Rennes 1, obtained in 1999.
