Toan Nguyen

Toan Nguyen has over 30 years of work experience in software engineering roles. Toan began their career at Hughes in 1982, where they worked as a Software Engineer for 11 years. Toan then joined Panasonic Avionics Corporation as a Sr Software Engineer from 1993 to 1995. Toan then worked at QLogic, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cavium, Inc., as a Sr. Software Engineer from 1995 to 2000. Toan continued their career at Quantum as a Senior Software Engineer from 2002 to 2005. Currently, they are working at Synamedia as a Principal Software Engineer, where they develop C code for implementing change requests and maintains a large middleware code based on embedded devices. Toan is also responsible for managing recording/playback of satellite broadcast encrypted content.

Toan Nguyen holds a BSEE degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications, including C++ Essential Training, Programming Foundations: Databases, JavaScript Essential Training, Learning Docker, Learning MongoDB, and Learning REST APIs, all from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
