Mukkadar Ajeet

Mukkadar Ajeet has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They started their career as an intern at Isgec Heavy Engineering Ltd. in 2018, where they gained hands-on experience in Boiler Manufacturing and Piping (BMP) Division. They worked in various departments, including Coil Shop, Panel Shop, Welding Technology, Maintenance, and Industrial Engineering. They also gained knowledge in manufacturing hydraulic and mechanical presses.

In 2019, Mukkadar interned at Northern Railways, Carriage & Wagon Workshop. During this time, they focused on Periodic Overhauling and worked with departments like Welding, Wheel, Wheel Bearing, Spring, and Paint. They learned about different welding processes and acquired knowledge about wheels' manufacturing, installation, and alignment.

Moving forward, Mukkadar joined Pyken Industries as a Production Engineer in 2021. They were responsible for implementing production processes and procedures, improving productivity through project-based activities, and reducing waste, improving quality and safety, and lowering operating costs. They also managed budgets and ensured project deadlines were met.

In 2022, Mukkadar worked as a Technical Recruiter at 2OCorp PVT LTD. They utilized various sourcing channels and platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and social media to identify potential candidates. They reached out to candidates, conducted phone screenings, and scheduled interviews to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific positions.

Currently, Mukkadar holds the role of Recruitment Lead at Synapse Business Systems Inc since 2023. The details of this role are not provided.
