Bruce Biewald

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Synapse Energy Economics

Bruce Biewald has extensive work experience in the energy and environmental sectors. Bruce served as the CEO of Synapse Energy Economics from 1996 to present. In addition, they have been a board member of the Green Energy Consumers Alliance since 2005. Recently, they joined Tufts Department of Urban & Environmental Policy & Planning as a lecturer starting in August 2022. Bruce also served as a member of the Advisory Board to the Economics Department at Northeastern University from 2008 to 2011.

Bruce Biewald attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1977 to 1981. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Art and Design.
