Elise Ashley currently serves as an Associate at Synapse Energy Economics, focusing on research, analysis, and consulting related to energy efficiency policy and program implementation. Prior experience includes roles at Opinion Dynamics as a Senior Engineering Consultant and Engineering Consultant, involving evaluation and measurement of energy efficiency programs, as well as work at Washington University in St. Louis, where Elise gained experience in theater set construction and as a Teaching Assistant for engineering courses. Internships at Northrop Grumman and Redline Detection further bolstered engineering skills, contributing to projects for NASA and standards implementation for automotive products. Elise holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, along with international study experiences in Auckland.
