Eric Borden

Prior to this role, Borden worked as an Energy Policy Analyst at TURN - The Utility Reform Network, where responsibilities included preparing testimony and representing TURN at the California Public Utilities Commission, focusing on electric vehicle infrastructure, renewable energy, and utility procurement. Borden's background also includes positions as a Senior Energy Analyst at 4 Thought Energy LLC, a Consultant for the International Renewable Energy Agency, and a German Chancellor Fellow conducting research in Germany. Early career roles included positions at The Kenrich Group LLC and CRA International. Borden holds a Master of Public Affairs with a focus on Energy Policy from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a BSBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Washington University in St. Louis.
