Synapse Energy Economics
Tenzin Gyalmo is currently a Research Associate at Synapse Energy Economics, a position held since September 2023. Tenzin has been a Davis Scholar with The Davis UWC Scholars Program since August 2019, following attendance at the United World College Red Cross Nordic, graduating in 2018. Tenzin completed a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Architectural Studies at Middlebury College from 2019 to 2023, where various roles included Student Organization Coordinator at the Student Activities Office, Lead Intern for Digital Learning and Inquiry (DLINQ), Head Resident Assistant, Creative Marketing Intern and Project Developer for the Davis Family Library, and First Year Counselor. Tenzin also interned as a Management Consultant and Solutions Development Lead at diiVe and served as Co-President/Managing Director for the Middlebury College International Students' Organization while contributing as Lead Layout Editor for MINT Magazine and Director for Marketing and Communications. Earlier experience includes a role as a Teaching Assistant for Global Citizen Year from September 2018 to April 2019.

Synapse assesses the implications of electricity industry planning, regulation and restructuring.
