Joshua Li has over 10 years of experience in physical design engineering. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at IBM as a Physical Design & DFT Engineer, where they were responsible for physical design and timing closure on chip B. In 2010, they joined Synapse as a Senior Physical Design engineer, working on customer's site. Their main responsibilities included the physical design of critical power gating blocks with a high instance count and clock frequency. Joshua also managed the script pool for the whole team, which involved Perl and Tcl scripting.
From 2001 to 2008, Joshua Li attended Northwestern Polytechnical University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Architecture & MicroElectronics.
