Nikki LeSage has extensive work experience in the media and publishing industry. Nikki started their career at Time Inc. in 1998 as a Research Manager, where they provided consulting support and managed various research projects. In 2000, they became a Sales Development Manager at TIME, selling advertising for TIME DIGITAL and assisting with marketing efforts. Nikki then joined PEOPLE Magazine in 2002 as a Senior Integrated Account Manager, overseeing advertising sales for clients in the NYC market. From 2012 to 2015, Nikki worked as a Sales Director for Women's Health Magazine, leading advertising sales and creating partnerships to drive revenue. Nikki most recently served as the Vice President of Business Development & Sales at Synapse Group Inc., a division of Meredith, from 2015 to present. In this role, they drove new business development and strategic partnerships, presenting profit-generating solutions to executives in the e-commerce, retail, and loyalty sectors.

Nikki LeSage has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communications from Marist College. They also have a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and Public Opinion Research from the University of Connecticut.
