Tonya Morant Lee has over four years of experience in talent acquisition and technical recruiting. Tonya (She/her) began their career as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Robert Half in February 2016, where they were responsible for recruiting for both Fortune 500 clients and small to medium-sized businesses in the Greater New York City Area. During their time there, they achieved an average of 47 hires per quarter and maintained a 98% retention rate over three years. In August 2018, they joined Caroo as a Technical Recruiter, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing job descriptions, and identifying effective recruitment methods. Tonya (She/her) then joined Synapse International in August 2019 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on headhunting and recruiting team leaders for startups globally.
