Brandon McGaffey

Brandon McGaffey has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Brandon currently works as the Chief Production Officer (CPO) at Synapse ITS, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Polara Enterprises, LLC, including Chief Operations Officer, V.P. Operations, and Engineering and Manufacturing Manager, from 2015 to the present. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as an Electronic Design Engineer at Polara Engineering, Inc., where they were responsible for designing robust products for the pedestrian traffic market. Brandon started their career as a student at Azusa Pacific University in 2006.

Brandon McGaffey earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from California Baptist University, where they studied from 2008 to 2010.
