Raquel Mercado Calva

Raquel Mercado Calva has a diverse work experience in web development. Raquel is currently working as a Web Developer at Synapse Medicine since 2022. Their previous role was as a Web Developer at Conserto from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they were involved in various projects including the implementation of VueJS in a Symfony project, maintenance and creation of modules using Express and Moleculer with React, NodeJS, Codeigniter, and Symfony, and migration of a Codeigniter project to React/NodeJS with Microsoft Azure integration. Before that, they worked as a Programmer Analyst at Glac Consulting from 2016 to 2017, where they were responsible for creating and maintaining modules in Laravel, Python scripting, and MongoDB databases. Raquel also had experience in Front-End design using jQuery and Git as a version control system. Prior to that, they worked as a Web Developer at Dommotec from 2015 to 2016, focusing on PHP development with Laravel and Eloquent ORM, BLADE for Front-End views, and MySQL for database administration. Raquel also gained experience in Scala with the SCALATRA framework and ACTIVATE ORM.

Raquel Mercado Calva completed their education from 2012 to 2016 at the Instituto Politécnico Nacional, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería (Engineering) with a specialization in Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales (Computer Systems Engineering).

In addition to their academic qualifications, Raquel has obtained two additional certifications. In April 2021, they received the PROFESSIONAL SCRUM PRODUCT OWNER I certification from Scrum.org. Furthermore, in August 2020, they achieved the DEFL Niveau B2 du Cadre européen commun de référence pour les langues (B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) certification from Le ministère de l'éducation nationale (Ministry of National Education).
