Brianna Tilleman, CSM

Brianna Tilleman, CSM has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they began working as an Associate Product Manager for Synapse Studios, where they support the Product Manager in keeping projects progressing towards milestones on schedule and effectively. Brianna also communicates with both internal and external project stakeholders consistently on shared project goals, updates, and progress. Additionally, they oversee and manages scope, timelines, quality, goals, and deliverables that support product team goals.

From 2017-2022, they worked for PEAK Internet, first as a Technical Support Team Lead and then as a Technical Support Representative. In their role as Team Lead, they tracked errors and kudos for Quality Assurance and Performance Review purposes, trained new technicians, and developed and implemented review trainings and documentation for current technicians. As a Technical Support Representative, they answered calls from customers to help resolve customer technical issues, troubleshot client issues both blind and through the use of varying tools, and helped solve issues relating to internet (all types), POTs, VOIP, cable TV, email, and web hosting.

From 2014-2017, Brianna worked for the Corvallis School District in a variety of roles. Brianna was an Elementary Educational Assistant, where they conducted education interventions in small groups and 1-on-1 based on assigned lesson plans and teacher goals, and assisted teachers in general classroom management and support. Brianna also served as a Dance Coach, teaching dance technique and routines and choreographing routines. Additionally, they were an Office Support Assistant, where they completed general office support, including assisting with accounts payable and billing, created and filled out financial and budget spreadsheets submitted to the State of Oregon, and helped process Free & Reduced Lunch qualifications. Brianna also served as a Kitchen Manager, managing an elementary school kitchen solo, preparing breakfast, lunch, and afterschool snack daily for a school of over 300. Finally, they were a Baker Assistant, working in a commercial kitchen, assisting with and baking from-scratch desserts such as brownies, baguettes, cinnamon rolls, dinner rolls, etc.

From 2012-2014, Brianna worked as a Painter for College Pro and from 2010-2012, they were a Student Dining Worker for Oregon State University. Finally, from 2008-2010, they were a Dance Instructor at the New Vision Dance Center.

Brianna Tilleman, CSM attained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Oregon State University between 2009 and 2014. In March 2022, they earned a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance. In April 2022, they obtained a Getting Started with Mentimeter - Beginner's Course certification from Mentimeter. Lastly, in August 2022, they earned a Product Led Growth Micro-Certificate from Product School.
