Esther Naholowaa

Esther Naholowaa is a seasoned engineering project manager with extensive experience in product lifecycle oversight and development. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Project Manager at Synapse Wireless, Inc. since December 2017, Esther manages OEM products and leads product launches while also acting as a Scrum master for both the hardware team and the new product introduction team. Prior to this role, Esther spent over 22 years at ADTRAN, where positions included Sr. Design Project Manager and Engineering Planner, contributing significantly to engineering and design initiatives.
