Shamit Khemka

Shamit Khemka is the founder of SynapseIndia, established in 1999, which specializes in software development and custom web/mobile applications, serving a global clientele primarily in the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada. Khemka is also a member of YPO and the Entrepreneurs' Organization since 2016 and 2006, respectively. As a co-founder and partner at foodcloud.in since 2013, Khemka previously launched Sampatti.com Ltd and Synapse Communications Pvt Ltd from 2000 to 2015, following an initial entrepreneurial venture at Pharos Infotech, where Khemka set up India's first bulletin board system (BBS) and offered various technology consulting services. Khemka holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Economics from St. Xavier's College, completed in 1994, and attended The Scindia School from 1985 to 1992.
