Katerina Barilov

Katerina Barilov is an advisor at SynapseMX and a board member at Hermeus. Katerina has also founded Sparkplug capital+ and has been involved in many different startups including Volocopter, FLUTR, Shearwater Aero, JetSuiteX, Blackbird Air, SynapseMX, Starburst Aero, Optysis, Deep Space Industries, etc.

Katerina Barilov has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business with a focus in finance and innovation. Katerina also has a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology from University of California, Berkeley. Katerina started their educational career at De Anza College where they received their Associate of Arts (AA) in Psychology. Katerina also has certification from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in Private Pilots License, as well as certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in Series 63 and 79.
