Shane Ballman

Shane Ballman is currently the CEO of SynapseMX. Prior to this, they were with Southwest Airlines from January 2012 to July 2012 as a software engineer for Maintenance and Engineering Information Technology. From May 2011 to February 2012, they were with AirTran Airways as part of the Trax Integration Team for software engineering and information technology. Shane also served as a Senior System Administrator for AirTran Airways from August 2010 to May 2011.

From July 2006 to August 2010, Shane was the Manager of Maintenance Technology for AirTran Airways. Shane was also the Solutions Architect for Maintenance Systems from August 2004 to July 2006. Prior to that, they served as the Maintenance Planner from April 2004 to August 2004.

Shane began their career in 2001 as the Lead Aircraft Router and Aircraft Charter Coordinator for AirTran Airways. In 2003, they became the Chief Executive Officer for Synapse Software Systems and held that position until 2016. Shane is currently the CEO of SynapseMX.

Shane Ballman holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
