Shayaan Gandhi

Shayaan Gandhi is a co-founder and GTM at Synapt Calibration, alongside a role in AI Solutions at seoClarity. Previously, Shayaan served as Strategy Lead at Streamline Charging LLC, focusing on the design of advanced electric vehicle charging stations. As a Resident Assistant at Penn State University, Shayaan enhanced the living experience for 320 residents through proactive engagement. Shayaan was also a runner-up in the Ethics in Engineering Case Competition at Lockheed Martin and worked as an Artificial Intelligence Research Assistant at Penn State College of Engineering, where a hybrid RNN + CNN model was developed to detect Alzheimer’s disease with over 85% accuracy. Additional experiences include being a Venture Partner at BullMont, VP of Conference for the Penn State FinTech Group, Publicity and Outreach Chair for IISE Penn State, and Speaker Consultant for TEDxPSU. Shayaan is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Penn State University, expected to graduate in May 2025.
