Nikolai Ensslen

Nikolai Ensslen is the founder and CEO of Synapticon, a leading provider of motion control solutions. Nikolai has over 20 years of experience in the design and engineering of motion control products and systems.

Prior to founding Synapticon, Nikolai was a consultant at Ensslen Product Image GmbH, where they gained extensive experience in product design and marketing. Nikolai also worked as a design engineer and project manager at BUSSE Design + Engineering GmbH, one of the oldest independent product development companies in Germany.

In 2011, Nikolai founded Synapticon Industrial Technology (Shanghai) Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of Synapticon Inc. that provides motion control solutions to Chinese manufacturers. Nikolai also served as the director of Synapticon Inc., overseeing the company's operations in North America.

Under Nikolai's leadership, Synapticon has become a world-renowned provider of innovative motion control solutions. The company's products are used in a wide range of industries, including automotive, aerospace, robotics, and medical devices. Nikolai has won numerous awards for their work in engineering and business, and they are widely recognized as an expert in the field of motion control.

Nikolai Ensslen attended the Universität Bayreuth, where they earned their degree.
