Stephan Moats has extensive experience in various roles related to technical architecture and integration. Stephan has worked at companies such as Synaptiq LLC, American Airlines, SBI and Company, SBI Group, Emerald Solutions, and EDS. At Synaptiq LLC, they served as the Chief Technical Architect and Senior Solution Architect, where they designed integration architectures for airline carriers and conducted feasibility studies for data sharing capabilities. At American Airlines, they held multiple positions including Director, Chief Architect, and Enterprise Architect, where they led the enterprise architecture team, provided technical strategy and governance, and managed application portfolios. Stephan also led technical readiness tracks and performed analysis in the integration of reservation systems. Additionally, they worked as an Architect at SBI and Company, Application Architect at SBI Group, and Application Architect at Emerald Solutions. At EDS, they started their career as an Application Developer/Architect, supporting systems on different platforms and mentoring development teams.
