Cameron Piron is the President and Chief Strategy Officer at Synaptive Medical. Prior to this, they were the VP of Advanced Technology at Hologic from August 2010 to May 2012. Before Hologic, Piron was with Conavi Medical and Orthogonal inc.. Sentinelle Medical from June 2004 to August 2010 where they served as President. Piron started their career as a Research Engineer at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre from January 2001 to December 2003.

Cameron Piron has a Masters of Science in Biomedical Physics from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Systems Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
