Michelle Macpherson

Michelle Macpherson is the current Director of Product Management for MRI at Synaptive Medical. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Conavi Medical Inc. from February 2015 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for developing and maintaining the Marketing Plan, including the 5-year forecast and sales development plan. Michelle also managed the corporate rebrand, including renaming, website redesign, and trademark strategy. In addition, they developed and executed the tradeshow plan, defined product requirements and user interfaces, and developed relationships with key opinion leaders in various countries.

Macpherson has also been responsible for developing and supporting the regulatory strategy for Canada, USA, and Japan; managing external relationships with current and potential corporate partners; supporting quality audits and quality management system; and developing business cases to support new product development efforts.

Michelle Macpherson completed a BSc in Physics from Trent University and a Master's of Science in Medical Physics from the University of Toronto.
