Aby Joseph, CITPM, COMIT, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service operations, program delivery, and project management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Service Operations for Channels and CRM at Synapxe since April 2012, Aby leads a team focused on Internet and Intranet services while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Previous roles at Synapxe include Assistant Director of Program Delivery and Senior Manager of Program Delivery Enterprise Operations, where Aby successfully managed budgets, vendor relationships, and comprehensive services across multiple departments. Prior experience includes project management roles at Mercer and Singapore Airlines, along with a foundational position as a System Analyst at S I Consulting. Aby holds a Master of Technology in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore, a PG Diploma in Systems Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Calicut.
