Collin Toh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information security and technology management. Currently serving as Deputy Director at Synapxe since January 2024, Collin previously held significant roles including APAC Chief Information Security Officer at Scotiabank and Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Collin’s career spans various leadership positions at notable organizations such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch and DBS Bank, where responsibilities included managing cross-country security teams and overseeing identity access management. Collin holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Singapore Institute of Management and a B.Eng in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
