Jasmine Chua

Jasmine Chua is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Management & Capability Development at Synapxe since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jasmine held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Unisteel Technology Limited for a brief period in early 2025 and previously returned to Synapxe in July 2023 after a tenure at Shopee as Senior Associate in Product Talent Management from August 2022 to June 2023. Jasmine's experience includes a significant role as Senior Manager of Talent Management at PUB, Singapore's National Water Agency, from November 2018 to July 2022 and a managerial position at the Ministry of Education, Singapore from June 2013 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Second Major in Economics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and participation in an exchange programme at the University of Amsterdam focusing on Economics and Sociology.
