Karthikeyan Devarajan is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in service management and operations. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Service Management at Synapxe since June 2021, Karthikeyan oversees the Integrated Operations Center, managing critical areas such as Incident Management and Disaster Recovery while leading the rollout of the ITSM tool ServiceNow. Prior to Synapxe, Karthikeyan held the role of Vice President for Service Delivery at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on service availability for premier clients. Karthikeyan's experience also includes a position as Vice President and Head of Major Incident Management at Citi, where leadership of major incident teams in Singapore and Chennai was paramount. Earlier in the career, Karthikeyan worked as a Lead Software Engineer at HCL Technologies, contributing to the Corporate Banking Online application for Standard Chartered Bank. Karthikeyan holds a Master’s degree in IT in Business from Singapore Management University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy.
