Richard Tan Chuan Lye has extensive experience in governance and risk management across various sectors. Currently, Richard serves as a Member of the Asia Advisory Board and Chairman of the Asia Audit & Risk Committee at EFG Bank, and holds multiple key positions including Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee at Synapxe, as well as member of the Audit & Risk Committee at MOH Holdings Pte Ltd. Additionally, Richard is an Independent Non-Executive Director for First REIT Management Limited, Kingsmen Creatives Ltd, Sompo Insurance Singapore Pte Ltd, Berjaya Sompo Insurance Berhad, Heeton Holdings Limited, Meranti Power Pte Ltd, and Science Centre Singapore. Richard’s educational credentials include being a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and an MBA from Henley Business School.
