Roy Tan is an accomplished IT service management professional with extensive experience in operations and process excellence across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Service Management Lead at Synapxe since April 2021, Roy enhances population healthcare through effective service operations for the MOH HealthTech program. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Consultant at NCS Group, where Roy focused on improving service management processes for a government private cloud service. With a long tenure at UBS from 1998 to 2016 in diverse roles, including Compute Process Control Lead and Global Process Lead, Roy demonstrated expertise in infrastructure platform management and process improvement. Roy's career began in the mid-1980s at Standard Chartered Bank, culminating in a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology from Birmingham City University.
