Victor Chai is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and interoperability standards, particularly in health IT. Currently serving as the Convenor for the Singapore Standards on Remote Clinical Monitoring Working Group at Enterprise Singapore since September 2024, Victor also has a long-standing role at Synapxe, where responsibilities include designing and implementing solutions for national initiatives such as the Common Consumer Digital Platform and National Healthier SG. Previously, Victor worked at MOH Holdings Pte Ltd as a Senior Enterprise/Solution Architect and Senior Interoperability Architect, focusing on the development of the national health IT roadmap and standards.
