Andrew Kanapatski

Andrew Kanapatski has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Andrew is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Synativ since 2022. Prior to that, they held a role as Head of Growth at Kira Systems from 2019 to 2021, where they led a team responsible for commercializing new product lines and successfully launched a new line of business. Andrew also worked as a Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development at Kira Systems in 2020 and in Product Operations from 2019 to 2020. Andrew also worked at SAP as a Digital Transformation Advisor from 2015 to 2019. In 2012, they co-founded Spuro, where they led the ideation, development, and launch of the SaaS competitive fundraising platform.

Andrew Kanapatski has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the London Business School. Andrew also received an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Andrew completed their undergraduate studies at the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they earned an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree. Additionally, they hold various certifications including a WSET Level II (Pass with Merit) from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, an Advanced Open Water Diver certification from PADI, and a Design Thinking Associate certificate from SAP.
