Mehrad Mashayekhi

Mehrad Mashayekhi has a wealth of experience in product management and IT project management. Mehrad began their career in 2010 working as a Quality Control Software Support at Centra Industries Inc. In 2011, they moved to IBM as a Technical Support - Storage Platform. In 2013, they co-founded Illuster Technologies Inc., a comprehensive hardware & software lab platform for teaching electronics to university-level students. In 2017, they began working as an IT Project Management Instructor at Canadore College. In 2018, they held the roles of Director of Product and Product Manager at tilr, and also served as an Agile Coach at Madlipz, a social entertainment app with 40M users in over 100 countries. In 2021, they began working as Director of Product at Axis Worldwide, and in 2022 they moved to Sync.com in the same role.

Mehrad Mashayekhi has an education history beginning with a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto from 2008 to 2013. Mehrad then went on to earn a Master of Science - MS in Project Management from Walden University from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, they are currently enrolled in Advanced Product Management at Product Faculty. Mehrad has also obtained certifications in Product-led Certification from Pendo.io in December 2022, Advanced Product Management (APM®) from Product Faculty in March 2022, P.Eng from Professional Engineers Ontario, and PMP from Project Management Institute.
