Frank Hall

Frank Hall has extensive experience in planning and analysis within military and facilities management. Currently serving as a Senior Planning Analyst at SYNCADD Systems Inc. since October 2017, Frank assists in updating RPLANS and has developed algorithms for Air Force units. Previous roles include Senior Planner at Atkins, and Principal Planner at Louis Berger, where leadership in Military Master Planning was provided. Frank has held multiple Master Planner positions, including at IMCOM - NE Region and HQIMCOM, contributing to standard product coordination and centralized programming support. Early in the career, Frank served as a Webmaster for Metallica, enhancing the band's online presence, and has a foundation in Military Engineering from the Royal School of Military Engineering, where combat engineering skills were developed.
