Graeme Dutkowsky

Graeme Dutkowsky has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Graeme is currently Vice President of Construction at Syncarpha Capital, where they oversee construction projects. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Construction and then as the Project Management-Asset Construction & Development at the same company.

In 2019, Graeme joined KRG Holdings, LLC as a Managing Member, focusing on real estate and investment holdings. Graeme originates, develops, and operates deals in raw land, multi-family, SFR properties, and private enterprises.

Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance & Entrepreneurship from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2018. Graeme also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Civil Engineering from the same institution, which they earned from 2012 to 2016. Graeme obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College in 2009. In addition to their academic degrees, they have several certifications, including being a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, obtaining a Secure Worker Access Consortium (SWAC) certification, and completing a Graduate Certificate in Project Management.
