Lisa Mastronardi

Lisa Mastronardi has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Lisa began their career in 1989 as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche before transitioning to a role as Vice President at Prudential Financial in 1995. Lisa later served as an Executive Volunteer at Broadreach Healthcare from 2006 to 2007. In 2007, they joined LAM Advisors as President, a position they held until 2012. At LAM Advisors, they gained valuable expertise in leadership and strategic planning. In 2012, Lisa joined Syncarpha Capital, initially serving as Chief Financial Officer and later taking on the role of Chief Investment Officer. Throughout their career, Lisa has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Business School from 1993 to 1995.

Lisa Mastronardi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting at Rutgers University from 1985 to 1989. Lisa then pursued their MBA in Finance at Columbia Business School from 1993 to 1995.
