Miguel El Lakkis

Miguel El Lakkis holds extensive experience in cybersecurity and technology leadership. Currently serving as President & Fractional CISO, CIO, and CTO at bitbug since June 2020, Miguel also functions as Chief Technology Officer at SyncData.ai and has been an Auxiliarist with the Marine Corps Cyber Auxiliary since July 2023. Previous roles include Global CISO at Cantor Fitzgerald, where management of a comprehensive global information security program was achieved, and Chief Information Security Officer at Dow Jones. Miguel's earlier positions include Vice President, Head of Cybersecurity Technology at News Corp and Vice President of Information Security & Technology at Amplify. Miguel earned an education from Penn State University.
