Earl Slee is the current advisor at Synchron and was previously with Galen Robotics. Earl has also held leadership positions at Renata Medical, Octane OC, and Think Together. Earl has been in the medical industry for many years and has been responsible for external technology and company acquisition and licensing. During their time at Medtronic, they led the Technology, Strategy, and Business Development group and was responsible for six acquisitions and integrations. Earl was also the interim VP/GM of Enabling Technologies and served as the Integration Lead for the neurovascular business unit into Medtronic. Under their leadership, revenue increased by over 100%. Earl was inducted as a Bakken Fellow in 2016 and earned Medtronic's Patent of Distinction award in 2017. Earl is an inventor on 24 granted U.S. patents practiced in launched neurovascular products.
Earl Slee has a MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a MS in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University, and a BA in Physics from UC San Diego.
