Kaela W. currently serves as an R&D Engineer at Synchron, starting in June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an R&D Engineer I at Johnson & Johnson within the Cerenovus and Biosense Webster divisions, as well as a Research Assistant at Smartville Inc. and a co-op position in R&D Engineering at DePuy Synthes.
