Maxwell McDermott's work experience begins with their role as a Quality Service Technician Level 1 at IKARIA, Inc. in June 2012. Maxwell then became a Co-Inventor and Research Engineer at Chito-Clot from September 2012 to July 2014, where they engineered a novel biomaterial and developed processing and experimental methods.
After that, McDermott worked at Eton Bioscience, Inc. as a Regional Account Manager from July 2014 to September 2015. Maxwell then joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Field Service Engineer II from September 2015 to September 2019, specializing in service and maintenance of scientific equipment.
Starting in October 2019, McDermott worked at Stryker as a Project Engineer, managing projects and providing engineering support until June 2021, when they transitioned to the role of Senior NPI Engineer.
In November 2021, McDermott founded Noblemint and served as the Chief Technology Officer. Maxwell'slatest position is as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Synchron, which they started in February 2022.
Maxwell McDermott completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, during the period of 2009 to 2013.
