Feshela Ebinesar has extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) operations, currently serving as Manager ITSM Ops - Transition & ITIL Management at Synchronoss Technologies since October 2016, with previous roles including Assistant Manager, ITSM Lead, and Transition Coordinator. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Engineer at IBM (2015 - 2016) and Senior Systems Engineer at iGATE Global Solutions (2012 - 2014). Feshela commenced a career as a System Engineer at Microland Limited (2010 - 2011).
