Daniel Pak

Daniel Pak is an AVP and Digital Scrum Master at Synchrony, bringing over nine years of experience in Agile project management and digital transformation. They have held senior roles as a Scrum Master at RedShelf and as a Project Management Coordinator at Strata Decision Technology, where they facilitated Agile practices and ensured project success. Daniel's earlier positions included serving as a Project Coordinator at the Learning Sciences Research Institute at UIC and a Chess Instructor. They hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an Associate's degree in Journalism from the City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College.
