Danielle do

Danielle Do currently serves as SVP, Chief Corporate & Securities Counsel and ESG Leader at Synchrony since March 2014, having previously held the role of SVP, Chief Corporate & Securities Counsel. Danielle also contributes to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation as a member of the Advisory Board since October 2020 and to Hawthorne Valley Association as a member of the Board of Trustees since September 2019. Prior to these roles, Danielle was a partner and associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from September 1998 to March 2014. Danielle holds a JD from Harvard Law School (1995-1998) and an AB in English and American Literature and Language from Harvard University (1990-1994), with early education completed at Lincoln Park High School (1986-1990).
