Jane Root

Jane Root is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in supplier management and risk management. Currently serving as VP of IT Supplier Management at Synchrony Financial since November 2015, Jane previously held various positions at GE Capital and GE Money over a span of more than 16 years, including IT Manager for Pricing, Promotions, and Processing, as well as responsibilities in risk management and technology relationship management with First Data Resources. Jane's career began in project management, leading teams in large-scale initiatives, and Jane has a strong educational background with multiple degrees in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
