Shadow V has over 15 years of experience in the field of fraud disputes and investigations, currently serving as a Senior Specialist and Team Lead at Synchrony since November 2016. Prior roles at Synchrony include Customer Experience Specialist and Senior Representative in Fraud Investigations. Prior to this, Shadow V worked at RK-Computers from November 2008 to November 2016 as a Faculty & Executive Member. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from St. John MBA College, a Bachelor of Business Management from Vaagdevi Degree and PG College, and various diplomas in computer technology from Pace Computer Education and the National Computing Council - India.
