Regena Anderson

Regena Anderson has a long and varied career in the fashion and technology industries. Regena began their career in 1983 as a Fashion Management & Sales professional working with high-end fashion designer companies such as Henri Bendel, Flora Kung Collection, Richard Warren II, and Alfred Sung / Cynthia Steffe. During this time, they pioneered new divisions and maintained leading sales volume consistently exceeding seasonal quota. Regena also supervised regional showrooms, trained staff, and helped merchandise new collections.

In 1993, Anderson co-founded Synchrony Systems, a software and services company and IBM Business Partner, offering end-to-end migration automation solutions that focus on software asset preservation. Regena served as Co-Founder & EVP until 2008.

In 2008, Anderson joined NexTag as Director, Account Management. At NexTag, they drove the overall revenue growth strategy for the account management team, overseeing, strategic and hands-on management and account support for the U. S.

In 2011, Anderson returned to Synchrony Systems as Co-Founder & COO.

Regena Anderson attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a BS in Marketing and International Trade. Regena is currently enrolled at Golden Gate University.
