Prior to that, Elva was an Employee Relations Manager and Employee Advocate at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants from March 2018 to March 2020 and began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Coordinator at Portillo's Hot Dogs from October 2012 to March 2018.
