Lecie Steinbaum has extensive work experience in a variety of roles and companies. Lecie began their career at Arthur Andersen as a Staff Accountant in 1991 and stayed there until 1994. From 1994 to 1997, they worked as the Director of Accounting and HR Systems at Executive Focus Group. In 1997, they joined The Cornerstone Insurance Group as the Director of Plan Services & Compliance. Lecie's most recent position was as the President and COO of SynchronyHR, a role they held from 2015 onwards.
Lecie Steinbaum received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder between 1984 and 1988. Lecie then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1989 to 1991.
