Timothy Stephney

Timothy Stephney is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in supply chain management, warehouse operations, and logistics. Currently serving as General Manager at SYNCREON since March 2024, Timothy previously held the position of Sr. Project Manager at Cummins Inc., where a solution for handling ReMan components was developed. Prior experience includes managing a 500K square foot cross docking facility at Amazon, overseeing six aftermarket warehouses at Cummins with annual sales exceeding $4B, and leading various key operations roles within Cummins that significantly contributed to sales growth and process improvements. Timothy began a career in warehousing and management as WMS Manager at Dollar General. Timothy holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Alcorn State University.
