Jacob Mathew

Jacob Mathew has a strong background in quality assurance and management. Jacob has worked in various roles in the software and medical device industries. Currently, they are working as a Software Quality Assurance Lead, Medical Device at Syncro Medical since 2018. In this role, they have implemented the Quality Management System and coordinated the certification process for ISO 9001/13485/27001. Jacob also conducts periodic internal and external ISO audits and provides process training to new hires.

Prior to working at Syncro Medical, Jacob worked at Digitas Health as a Manager of Quality Assurance from 2009 to 2018. Jacob also worked at Cadient Group as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst from 2003 to 2009, and at Intermedia Interactive Solutions as a QA Lead & Automation Engineer from 1999 to 2003.

Overall, Jacob Mathew has a well-rounded experience in quality assurance and a strong understanding of ISO standards.

Jacob Mathew attended DPT Business School where they received a Diploma in Client Server Programming. Jacob then went on to SSI, Chennai and obtained an Advanced diploma in RDBMS, focusing on RDBMS & Client Server programming. After that, they attended Mahatma Gandhi University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree. Finally, Jacob attended Skiltek and completed a Post graduate Diploma in Computer Applications with a specialization in Computer Software.
