András Szántó is a seasoned professional in software engineering and research, currently serving as Technical Lead at Syncron since July 2023. Previously, András held various positions at EPAM Systems from November 2017 to July 2023, culminating as Solution Architect. Earlier roles included lead and senior engineering positions as well as unit management. Prior to EPAM, András contributed as an Assistant Research Fellow at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in the Evolutionary Systems Research Group and as a Junior Research Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Studies Kőszeg, focusing on big data and natural language dynamics. András began the academic journey as a Research Assistant at Central European University in the Department of Cognitive Science. Educationally, András earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Károli Gáspár University from 2012 to 2015.
