Qasim Shabir has over eight years of experience in the technology and customer success sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Syncron since October 2016, Qasim has also held roles as a Customer Success Manager and Consultant within the same company. Previously, Qasim co-founded and developed a tech start-up called Surge from January 2015 to October 2015. Prior to that, Qasim worked as a Software Developer at Microlise from August 2013 to August 2014. Academically, Qasim holds a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Coventry University.
